Frequently asked questions

  • Do you offer your services on weekends and bank holidays?
    We do offer weekend and bank holiday services at an increased rate. Please see our services page for all prices.
  • How many dogs are walked in a group?
    Group walks are for a maximum of 4 dogs.
  • How do I go about booking a dog walk or pet visit?
    Visit our 'contact us' page, and fill in our form to book an initial visit with us, to get the ball rolling.
  • Any other questions?

  • Do you walk dogs off the lead?
    We only walk dogs off the lead with the permission of the owner, and when we have built a relationship with the dog and we are confident to do so. All dogs on and off lead are provided with a tracker for extra safety.
  • Do you provide Day Care and/or Overnight Boarding?
    Unfortunately, currently we don't provide day care or overnight boarding. However, day care is something we are working towards being able to provide in the near future.
  • How much do you charge?
    Please see our services page for all the currently pricing.
  • Do you provide a cat sitting service?
    We provide a home visit for your cat, which is tailored towards you and your cat's needs.
  • Do you give treats?
    We do give treats with the permission of the owner. This will all be discussed at your initial visit.
  • Do you walk female dogs that are in season?
    Yes, we will walk your female dog if she is in season, however, this would need to be upgraded to a solo walk at off peak times, and she would need to be on the lead through-out the whole walk.
  • Are you fully insured?
    Blues Paw Print is fully insured. Proof can be provided on application.
  • What areas do you cover?
    We cover: Hordle, Barton on Sea, Sway, New Milton, Ashley and Highcliffe. However, if you're outside these areas, please get in touch as we may still be able to accommodate you.
